Sure, not surprising, but another nail in the coffin of the rule of law. Plaintiffs submitted sworn testimony of things they had witnessed. Defendants submitted nothing but hearsay from ICE Field Office Director David Easterwood, who has a side hustle as a “Christian” pastor. Disgraceful.
