I was experimenting with stuff so the failed layers beneath it might have had some effect on it 😅

And I think the pigments I used were burnt sienna from Vallejo and track rust from mig

Thanks, I stippled pigments mixed with a fixer over a metallic base, then did the same with a darker pigment near the brackets. Then I gently removed some of the pigment with a sponge. And finally I lightly sprayed nuln oil through an airbrush in the center of the pipes and heavily at the top

You should refrain from adding more than 215 more rivets

Quickly painted all the sponsons I could find

My prediction is 1213 rivets
Good luck counting them all lol

I unfortunately went a little overboard on some of them and ended up covering all the detail in the skin
