Are they estimated KW bills? Mine were way off compared to my actual metre reading. Hopefully you have been overpaying and have a credit. Check your metre and see if it's anywhere close to your most current bill. My bills have been ridiculously over estimated. Hoping that's the case for you.

You can take household garbage to the otter lake facility. I've never paid more than $5 for 5 black bags of garbage. I miss the garbage truck more often than I'd like to admit.
