I’m now convinced MAGA supporters are unable to think critically at all, even briefly at small scale. There’s no other explanation for the same group following opposite messages with wild and frequent hypocrisy depending on what the latest meme is. Identity over information has ruined their brains

Again, the concerning part isn’t a few wackos who personally benefit from the damage. It’s the larger number of people still foolishly following despite being the ones paying the price.

We will be watching for said action and it will influence midterm results.

What do we do when people accept this quality of explanation, after years of continual bullshit, when it’s also directly observably not true? What can history offer us for similar situations where there was a breakthrough to people who were slow to see, and how can we recreate those conditions?

Agree, this is a distraction from more important topics. Bummer I ever had to click into this and comment, though I figure it’s worth it if it stops a few people here in redirecting attention from this and similar attention bait.

His words mean nothing. They only match the actions when convenient or coincidental.

Ahh the golden age…

Thank you. Keep the specific and feasible solutions coming. Most content I’m seeing is aspirational and conceptual, which is great, but we need coordinated structure and action from people of expertise, authority and influence.

Exactly. They’re on repeat. It’s so hollow now.

Wow, powerful and appropriate quote / challenge. The actions are directly causal of the consequences. This administration lacks humanity.

When the interns are outperforming “leadership”, time to evaluate who and what got us here.

He’s incredibly dumb, though so are the people that find his narrative convincing. He doesn’t listen to advisors, but now none left are competent anyway. We have people in control of many impactful domains (economics, intelligence, health, infrastructure, etc.) that understand none of them.

Coward

It’s similar to lines about Kim Jong Un and his “tireless work” that come from other propagandists. Trump is many things, but original isn’t one of them.
May 8, 2025 at 7:24 PM
MAGA aren’t republicans at this stage. It’s a misguided identity cult.
May 8, 2025 at 2:27 PM
Trump did make a bunch of sexual suggestions at his own daughter on public television, so that kind of tracks.
May 8, 2025 at 2:24 PM
It’s the hypocrisy and total lack of principles and consistency that still makes me think MAGA is a cult and not a political party.

His use of caps is as skillful as the rest of his performance. Always a sure “ignore this dipshit” warning when anything is written like this, let alone the abysmal content in this specific post.
May 5, 2025 at 8:56 AM
Damn. Maybe even the dogmatic nuttos will start wondering now. Love these unforced errors to help show parts of his cult what is already clear to the majority of us.
