All our fire engines have been responding to the large substation fire in Hayes that affected Heathrow Airport. Kingston's heavy distribution unit also attended to deliver tonnes of foam that was used to help fight the fire.

We were called to a large fire in a disused building on Richmond Road yesterday afternoon. This was a large incident that required significant resources. Crews worked extremely hard under challenging conditions to bring the fire under control.

We've been doing some training with our friends from @londonambulance.nhs.uk! They have been showing us how to use some specialist extrication equipment...
