Whether Ipsos used their sample size of 1000 (margin of error claimed to be 1.5%) or 4000 (margin of error claimed to be 3.5%), that seems like an awfully small data set, even if it is “weighted to reflect U.S. Census data” on gender, age, race, education, income, and census region.
