During URA career you have a hidden +400 to all stats and it tricks a lot of people into thinking their umas will be able to do well in pvp but always lose at the end.If the uma doesn't meet the hp req they can't run to their max speed at the end

Some notes,Kitasan's specialty is actually 116 cause specialty modifier being on the unique affects the calc, it's 80+20+(base specialty which is 80× 20% the unique's specialty = 16) so = 116

The scenario with the steepest learning curve for me was prob l'arc cause you're racing with negative bonuses for some objectives and if you don't win the main l'arc race it's a worthless veteran
