In fairness to Seattle, most of its Vibrance and Charm is locked into certain neighborhoods (Fremont, Central District, Beacon Hill, Capitol Hill, Georgetown). Still pretty white, but arguably less so.

You could always do side-sweeps along with it, but I recommend talking to an actual stylist about what would work best for your facial structure
