White woman here. I’ve seen Black women post this advice: “If it doesn’t apply, let it fly.” Please let’s not center ourselves in this conversation if WE didn’t vote for him. But acknowledge and own that plenty of others did, and that is the fault of white people as a collective.

As white people who *personally* did not vote for him, let’s acknowledge that OUR DEMOGRAPHIC did vote for him. The collective “We” must OWN that, and work harder to engage those who voted for him, or who didn’t vote at all.
