Slot is NOT a BAD manager. But I'm no analyst, tactics guy, or knowledgeable in any capacity. Pure vibes. And after 18 months I can say definitively, it feels like the Reds went from Motörhead to Nickelback. Nickelback sold twice as many albums! They're not unsuccessful. They just not my vibe.
