Perfect crackling
Salted in fridge over night, upside down on kitchen roll. Mop that up in the morning, salt again and turn upside down on kitchen roll.
Then before you put it in the oven, dry it off again, salt again and pour on hot oil.
Oven temp of 220c for 45 minutes then 160c for each 500g.

Just think of all the football and rugby teams that were know today were established from 1874 to 1900.

I was just asking Google to with it my average speed, as I always do when I cycled, and something odd happened.
The first answer of a pretty straightforward calculation was wildly incorrect.
I refreshed the page and got the correct answer.

Went out for a ride this morning at 6. By 6.30 I was regretting it and thinking about coming home: lots of fog , freezing toes and fingers, and poor night's sleep. But I'm glad I stuck with it. My hilliest route yet and great views.

I'm at a trampoline park reading Bhagavad Gita and (uncharacteristically) having a coffee. Kids are back in school tomorrow. I've taken a proper break from email over the summer. I'm excited for the new academic year which begins with the MANCEPT workshops

It was fantastic. Very meaty flavour, even though it's not pink it was very juicy. Would definitely recommend ex-dairy rib eye

This morning I cycled to Northwich and back, stopping off at my parents' house. It's the longest I've ever cycled (100km) though I had to cycle round the block a couple of times when I got home.
