I'm finding that there are quite a lot of sites that do not even let you delete your account within their site you have to email and request it.

There needs to be just a one click delete account option. I'll change the sites I actually use but there are so many that I haven't used in years. And now that I've gone in to change passwords they've started emailing me again.
