There's so many great examples in this thread already, but one of my favs I'd want to add is Oscar Isaac's Nathan in Ex Machina. He does such a good job playing this seductive and manipulative Bluebeard figure.

There are so many things egregiously wrong with this, and this alone should be a catastrophic scandal for any admin. But on top of all the grave security risks, their instruction to justify these mass firings on imaginary "performance issues" is beyond the pale.
