Why hasn't House democrats sued to have her sworn in? Isn't it something like a writ of mandamus that you file and that a federal judge can actually rule and swear her in? This is the problem with the Democratic party, they sit back and allow the Republican party to out maneuver them. Do something.

I keep asking and saying this over and over. For the life of me why haven't the Democrats are filed a writ of mandamus with the court and sue them to force them to swear her in. A federal judge can swear her in. The Republicans would have done this by now but the Democrats just always wait to see...

I'm going to keep asking this. Why hasn't the Democratic party sued to have her sworn in, which a judge can do? Why are we waiting and tap dancing around? The Republicans would have sued by now. We are so tired of Dems not acting and taking the high road. Hit them hard and file Writ of mandamus now!

Their plan is exactly what we're seeing. They are going to provoke in hopes that there's a riot so that they can declare martial law and or the Insurrection act and start taking over. They want a rebellion but no one's giving us another solution other than a rebellion. I hope people are making plans

For the life of me I can't understand why the Democrats have not filed a lawsuit in court and requested that the judge swear her in. A lot of grandstanding but no one doing anything. The Republicans would have filed this 2 days ago.

She had a legal concealed carry permit and didn't brandish the weapon, which is not the normal reaction of someone being assaulted by unknown masked men.
