The compassionate way to handle St. Stephen's issue with addictions and mental health crisis is to OFFER a free one-way ticket to Toronto to attend at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health which is actually equipped to handle them.
Half of patients will gratefully take the opportunity.

The reason the Education Minister is "still reviewing WHERE RIGHTS-HOLDERS ARE LOCATED" is because StatsCan shows only 10 francophones in the County who don't regularly speak English.
We are paying taxes to build a French school where there are no French people.
