Beyond disgrace... it should be AGAINST THE LAW for Presidents to appoint totally unqualified people to IMPORTANT CABINET POSITIONS!
It's a "disgrace" that Congress members even had to consider such ridiculous people MUCH LESS APPROVE THEM to avoid punishment from an insanely vindictive "President".
