I randomly found this out yesterday and was so frustrated that I started crying in front of other staff. Needless to say, I don’t want to go there today when I know they will be there sitting in my area.

Leadership is doing nothing about it or letting me defend myself against what this person claimed (he’s clearly the problem). I’m not being disciplined because I did nothing wrong. They’re just desperate for staff and want to keep an arse around.
