Mom of 3, rug hooker, huge reader of romance & historical fiction, lover of history, Children's librarian. Fortunate to live in the very blue state of MD.

Having finally embraced my geekdom, I happily have a 'I break for historical markers' car magnet!
This is absolutely lovely and heartwarming! Thank you for bringing positivity into the world!

There was a former pro hockey player who retired and then came out.

This is what he says to the question of 'will it help'

Gay pro hockey player Brock McGillis lived 'Heated Rivalry' - Outsports
For Brock McGillis, 'Heated Rivalry' is validating, deeply triggering and widely misunderstood. It's entertainment, people!

The Last Kids on Earth by Max Brazilier.
He has probably outgrown the Minecraft chapter books. I haven't found any great GN books related to video games, although there is a cute YA series about a cooking/fighting competition called Cooking with Monsters by Jordan Alasqa & Vivian Troung

Just be careful... I've seen my mom SIT on knitting needles before and need a tetanus shot!

It might be cheaper to just build a new home on all that land, with all the repairs that need to be done. Yikes that house looks like in 1970's!

But is there a historic designation?? Probably not? It's Iowa.

I've learned to try not to overlap genres-- it saves on the confusion. If I'm listening to a historical, my primary read will be anything but [unless it's expiring, etc]

That is just beautiful!

Thank you for posting this. It gives me some ideas of what to expect soon for my 20 year old daughter's appt with a rhumatologist to officially label her with EDS after 9 months of waiting.
We'll see about the family history piece - my other daughter has POTS.

I missed it!! I was confused at your comment, because I thought it was an ad for the TV show!

That's just wrong & Ill be adding this author to my 'do not read' list!
