Apparently stones have seeds. So remember, when you eat at least one small rock a day, don't swallow the seeds.

If I ever get an unsolicited comment about a t-shirt I'm wearing (almost always positive), it's usually my blink-182 shirt. Today was neat: this time it was the FFXIV shirt. The person said they and their partner play.

Apparently the Chicago Sun-Times semi-fake summer reading list appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer on May 15.

I ran a search in NewsBank for the phrase "summer reading list for 2025" and those were the only two sources retrieved.

Starting a thread of random stuff I've found while renovating my house.

First, emergency food rations that expired in 2020.
Seven packages labeled in both English and French. In English, one of the packages says: "Each packet of 9 fortified food bars provides 3600 Kcal (15,460 KJ). Offers maximum survival capacity with drinking water restriction under all environmental conditions. Eat these food bars per person per day. Replace within 5 years of manufacturing date."

It took me almost 7 years to get the Lifer I achievement. I will never get to Lifer III.
