My favorite thing I heard (so far) today:

A fourth grader warning one of her classmates not to use Sphero Indi on our rainbow carpet because it’ll try to read the carpet as instructions. That was one of our “you learn it the hard way” lessons in third grade!

Only 3% of the way into Angela Cervantes’ The Cursed Moon and I’ve already cried roughly six times. I can think of SO many kids who NEED this book!
