Finally got around to finishing this one! Somehow, Backman makes this book very quirky and emotionally heavy at the exact same time. I constantly thought I had the plot figured out, but every chapter revealed a new layer. The chapters were also very short, which made this hard to put down. 📚💙

This is a really fun novella! It’s a fast read, but it’s action-packed with an engaging plot line and a touch of humor. There are fascinating magical elements, and I definitely loved the protagonist, Eveen. I absolutely want to read more of Clark’s work! 💙📚🪐

Easy 5🌟

Another fantastic mystery. RJB does amazing world-building. Din is still my bisexual king, and with Anna there's peak BBC Sherlock vibes going on. RJB builds more on Anna's complex character in this, it's great.

Foundryside - Robert Jackson Bennett ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a fun fantasy! A heist gone wrong, turned into saving the world from a possible apocalypse. Plus creative magic systems with steampunk vibes, topped off with a minor underlying queer romance (at least in book 1). Can’t wait to continue the series!
