For me it was getting on a med (beta blocker) to treat the *physical symptoms* of stress, so that I could actually get the benefits of therapy. And then finding a one-in-a-million therapist who helped me fully change how my brain sees itself (finding a therapist is the hard part tbh).

I mean they aren't perfect but I yell "every book its reader" at some judgmental coworker at least once a week.

Ugh yeah. We just went for a walk and it is very much an "it's so beautiful out, this is terrible" kind of day. And then when we got home I immediately watered my trees.

Also, it took a couple tries to connect to Hick's office, so I assume they are getting flooded. I like that.
