I never thought of that. But I’ve lived continuously with a pet (first a dog, then cats) since 1989. I’m sure it will be discombobulating when if ever I am alone at home without any. Away on vacation is different. But in your case, you just moved so you’re back at home in a sense.

Thank you. He’s my first sibling to pass and it still doesn’t seem real. I will never not remember his bjrthday. Btw, we called him Mark but his given name is Marcus.
