...this lack of direction ultimately left society vulnerable to crisis and unprepared for the future. It's not your fault it's the boomers. Xers are just here basically as a do nothing generation, similar to the silent generation.

It's a calculation made by companies that a USA ownership of 10% of their company vs raising corporate taxes is a better deal for the bottom line. It's gross. Not to mention it'll go to a sovereign wealth fund, a.k.a. Presidential slush fund for circumventing Congress.
