took a long time away from pixel art and am very, very happy to come back to it and make some fellas, inspired by the art of Formless Star. i would love to get the background waving around behind them some day.

working on this game has got me obsessed with Hylics again. especially @chucksalamone.bsky.social's Absent Moon, what a cool fucking album. so many great sections. hard to pick a favourite, but i love the riff in this one. hope to make something a sliver as cool one day.
