Going down the cask ale rabbit hole yet one more time. 25 years of homebrewing, 20 years of BJCP beer judging. Been an immigrant my entire life. Often spotted in the Finger Lakes, Northern England, Belgium, and Cork.
Props for Wild East’s cask beer. Not only that—they seem to like my cask beer too.

Nothing on tap other than hazies, sours, and big beers. Long-abandoned hand pumps. All the signage is electronic or computer-lettered. Lack of appropriate glassware for what they’re serving. Chilled glassware. Not rinsing the glasses before filling.
