Uridylation regulates mRNA decay directionality in fission yeast - Nature Communications
mRNAs are continually degraded in the cytoplasm through a process known as bulk mRNA decay. Here the authors show a role of uridylation in directing 5’ to 3’ mRNA decay pathway in fission yeast.
