🚨 The 7th Board meeting of the Fund for Responding to #LossAndDamage starts tomorrow in Manila.

But the Fund is on life support: $399M paid in - less than 0.1% of the hundreds of billions needed.

And key promises on access for communities and all climate-vulnerable countries not being met.
