His gun bag is a soft hard shell gun case backpack, on the front it has three large pockets. This is where Wesley put small items that he might need if he ever needed to go into hiding.

Over the hoodie he wears a thick black wash jean jacket, with two clip straps along the shoulders and a breast plate, that can hook to his gun bag so it won't come off his back. His hands always adorn a pair of tight gloves.
