I think ultimately that’s gonna be how business goes with the SC ruling, I can single sex spaces just being abolished, cos atm both sides can sue over them and win, it’s unworkable and especially with how popular gender neutral facilities are with everyone it dosn’t make sense to keep the liability

Like at work, no one uses the gendered toilets and changing rooms cos we all want privacy, people Que for the gender neutral loo cos it’s nice and private, and use the neutral changing space cos it has nice single lockable stalls

I don’t think there inherent value to a voice just by being a woman or anyone, that not the equality anyone should want, because it’s not equal, a voice should be judged on merit of its content, my nana was a huge racist and anti-suffragette, she didn’t get a pass cos she was a woman

There were trans people on the 80s the first sex change op was in the 1940s my grand twin was committed to whittingham asylum in 1950 and subject to aversion therapy, electro shock therapy and corrective rape for think they were man, said in 1996 of stomach cancer 2 years after being released

Ewww pls don’t wash blood in a public place that’s how a lot of nasty germs spread. Especially at work, pack extra undies or find a product that actually work

And like I’ll admit I’m not 💯 behind cart Blanche self id, I don’t think many of any are hence the legal deceleration stuff in scotlands attempt, but honestly you would have to be stark raving bonkers to look at some one like Samantha lux and say she should be in the men’s, or a post op trans woman
