Not only impeach, invoke the vote of no confidence. He’s mentally unstable and must be removed with all complicit in the atrocities committed by this regime.

No, he can’t. He’s not a trained scientist in ANY way. How can he possibly lead them? It’s a disgrace that he is in this position. He’s a heath threat, already responsible for sickness and loss of life in our nation.
