I miss long runs (and I really hate any run under 8 miles). After a year of not running due to some health issues the doc gave me the ok to start running again this past week. Building up base again is going to suck so much.

Years ago, I had an Australian girl on one of my tours. It was later half of Oct. Aussie girl had never seen a Jack-o-lantern before. I jokingly asked, "Well, you have pumpkins down under, what do you do with your them? "She looks at me & says, "Roast them and eat them."
