A bill that no republican would vote for, so won't go anywhere. Even if enough Rs vote for it and it goes to Trump to sign. He would just veto it. No way it will get enough Rs to overturn a veto on it. Trump has thrown out the Constitution and no longer playing by the rules. Ds need to as well.
