On Tumblr, someone asked if no email = rejection. Yes, that's correct; if you didn't receive an email today (or get DMed in a couple of days), you weren't accepted into the zine. Some folks are reporting that the emails were sent to a different folder, also, so please check your "Promotions" box!

Q from Tumblr: Would a character with both humanoid/non-humanoid forms be considered acceptable? Like a mythical creature who can become human at will (and would be in human form throughout the story)?

A: As long as it's clear that the character is an "older man" somehow, that's fine!

On to content, the works that garnered the most interest are page art (94%), short prose (88%), and comics (86%), so we'll be focussing on these submissions. Spot art and spreads will definitely be on the table as well, in addition to a few other things we'll reveal when apps open on Sunday.
