To remove the Copilot icon in Microsoft Word (Windows), go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon, find the "Copilot" or "Assistance" group, and remove it, or for a full disable, go to File > Options > Copilot and uncheck "Enable Copilot," then restart Word.
