Saw a man today on the street with a speaker talk about Jesus Christ. So tragic to see a priest without a church and having to talk to people who don't care.

Some time ago I joked about youtube autodubbing ASMR videos and how stupidly hilarious that would be. I have now experienced it and I now no longer find it funny, just sad.

Up until today I was a fan of Emma Watson. She seemed cool, played Hermoine Granger, wore cool shoes and got several speeding ticket to the point she was called to court. "She's so cool!" I thought.
Now I just read that she still loves Moldemort despite her horrid views. I feel conflicted and sad.

I just got an ad for menstrual swimwear. It's strange how much validation I get from advertisement algorithms. It's like having an unbiased observer determine that I indeed am a woman. Thank you algorithm.

If english stops being the global lingua franca, what language will take its place? Will it be Mandarin? Hindi? Arabic? Maybe Spanish? My personal hope is for Toki Pona to really take off and get the worldwide recognition it so deserves.
But Indonesian would also be a good choise.

It would be fun to have like a truth or drink kind of gameshow but the person answering the questions never actually answers anything and just drinks. The interviewer starts off spicy but then desperately tries to come up with more mundane questions while contestant makes excuses to not answering.

When I was 14 I used to be edgy and rightwing. I didn't like things being "PC". Then I realised that it was only because I was transphobic. Then I realised that it was internalised transphobia because I couldn't accept myself. Now I just wish people then could know I've now become a better person.

I find it really strange how some conservatives keep talking about "facts" and "real truth" but at the same time refer to the bible for their moral values.

There is no logic behind transphobia, just emotion. The bathroom argument does not justify invalidating gender identites. Nor does it justify forbidding gender affirmative treatment. It's all emotion with weak logic as an afterthought to rationalise it. People are taught to hate, and that's scary.

I feel like everybody should have some response prepared for if a friend comes out to you.
Two different responses I've gotten to me someone close that I have gender dysphoria:
"Who told you that?"
"A lot of people don't like their bodies."
It feels pretty shitty and sets an awkward tone.

When introducing myself to transphobes, maybe I should say I'm a trans man so that they make sure to refer to me as a woman.

I have high hopes for the next Resident Evil game. Judging from the trailer they're taking a slower approach to build the story from a new perspective instead of trying to "one up" RE Village with bigger and badder enemies. I'm thankful for that since I don't want the series devolving into RE6 again
