I feel myself mourning. It's an emotion I know well. I miss when there was hope and things felt lighter. When people cared enough about others & didn't actively try to hurt them. If I posted this on other platforms, I'd get mocked now. I hope my sadness flips back to anger soon. Anger motivates me.

As of 1/16/25, I no longer have an appendix. It was a painful goodbye! I'm trying to take it easy to rest and heal, but it also means I can't distract myself with work and volunteering like I wanted to on MLK Jr. Day. I'm open to suggestions for quiet, enjoyable activities I can do instead!

Someone else said it best... Millennials are tired of switching social media platforms! I'm still on the others, but the fact that I'm still on Facebook alone should tell you that I have a hard time walking away. 😬
