Ok my export was too small (duh), so here’s the clear version!!

I would like to add this is his nightly routine! He will NOT settle down until he sees I’m awake and I tell him to “come lay down” while I pat my legs 300 times.

The fear can get so loud, but staying grounded in my successes helps to tune it out. If I can’t think of any, then I lean on my friends and ask for extra support. It is a constant ebb and flow but reminding myself that the fear is just temporary at least gets me through the worst of it.

I give myself time to be sad and feel out my failure. When I’m ready to take agency back from fear, I start reimagining and planning. I like having tangible steps I can take to bring back hope, get excited about something new, and get out of my mental well.
