A lot of them work out of the Phoenix area I know. My friend works or a rich guy that gets his annual mri in Phoenix. They do a whole battery of tests and he has all the results at end of day to review with the doc.

There was indeed is. Private practices for rich people often do mri as part of a scheduled check up regime. Depending on the overall health of the patient they do them every 1 to 3 years.

The only criminal trial I can find in the states was of Kareem Serageldin and he was convicted.

There was not mass anger at the outcome of trials. There was some anger that there were NO TRIALS of consequence.
