The realization that I live a largely sedentary lifestyle because of the nature of my job and then feeling tired when I get home, so I mostly just laze around is probably contributing to it, so I'm also trying to just sit a lot less lol

With my diet and exercise and sleep schedule, so here's hoping I can manage it without meds, otherwise I'll need my doc to get me back on that shit cuz I need my blood flowing steady lol
