Is it just me or do Niko's eyes turn red when he's angry?

Forgive me for just noticing, but is that literally a solver symbol over Niko's left eye?

I swear the contrast between the first and second panels really shows how much N killing Uzi is affecting him. He needs a damn hug

I wanna just reach through the screen and give N a hug, he looks like he needs it.

Anyways, Niko, what did happen to your head? Were those... like... teeth.. growing out the side of it?
