When Ultra Women came out @lilycanter.bsky.social and I set ourselves a challenge to do a 24h run. So off we went to Equinox at Belvoir castle to do 10k loops. I did 70 miles, Lily’s knee held up really well and she did 80miles. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 home to bed now…

Lovely day out at SheRACES 50k women's only race. Back running with @emmajourno.bsky.social, and saw two of my athletes pop their ultramarathon cherry. Also got to catch up with the formidable Sophie Power. Incredibly the race had no DNFs. That's what happens when you support women 💯%.
