Savoy cafe in downtown SB used to have the cutest parklet that seated 24 people and was always packed when they were open, even year round. Sadly the city upped the cost of parklets, so Savoy removed theirs. 1/

Santa Barbara (and Isla Vista specifically) is notorious for its bike theft problem, yet not much is being done to address it. One of the biggest issues is the terrible bike racks around town. Here's just a few that I've noticed: 1/
