On the beach pondering Fulham and Seattle Sounders football while listening to KEXP
Good news. Wish they’d run it all day as the old 194 express service from Downtown to SeaTac was faster than the 1 line is now.

Of course he had the right to replace the budget director, but doesn’t mean it was a good idea. Dively was widely respected at the time and bringing him back is a good move by Wilson.

Since Kevin’s first magic game I’ve been thinking what a great pairing him and Jedi could be. As you say, let’s hope we start to see it!

This does nothing for “downtown activation”. Just lines some pockets and makes Seattle a little uglier.

If you want a full picture of the US talent going into a World Cup year the ranking system is a bit silly. To not include Antonee Robinson, who was considered one of the best left backs in the premiere league last season and will likely be a key piece of the USMNT is a huge omission.

If that’s the case then sign me up. I have not read much on where this sits on the BC/ Canadian government priority list. Not that they would necessarily be wholly on the hook for the total expense.

The Cascade train is ridiculously slow from the border to Vancouver. Getting that segments average speed to be the same as the rest of the journey to Seattle would be a good start at making it competitive.

Come on Fulham!

9 years after we approved the plan we’re looking at $8 billion and rising to complete the West Seattle line based on 15% design guesstimates. Increasingly doubt it’ll happen. Such a joke.

What a disgusting human being.

9 years after the vote and they are at 15% design on the West Seattle line and god know how much over the original budget estimate (now $7 billion and rising). Very hard to keep the faith.

Hope the outcome is to prioritize system resilience and O&M on the existing 1 and 2 lines. Deliver the basics of urban mass transit first, e.g., reliable 4 minute headways from Lynwood to Redmond. Oh, and do gold standard BRT to West Seattle for a fraction of the $7 billion estimate for rail.

I think option B sucks more than option A, but I’m not a fan of either. There are enough sports fields in Woodland Park already.

On the couch with some strong coffee in Seattle. COYW!

Not sure why you eliminated older Gen Xers from this grouping, but whatever.

If we can keep Muniz and bring in Kevin there could be some samba boy magic at the Cottage this season….I’m allowed to dream, right?

Thought Nelson was going to have a tough race, but her losing by what has got to be an historic margin, I didn’t see coming.

Erica, you rock!

Santos is so weak. Need to come out of the break aggressively and put his game away.

It’s an accomplishment definitely worthy of celebrating!

More like heartbreaker on last play of the game

What Miami gets away continues to erode my interest in the league.
