FINALLY getting there! This is my first FULL week (7 days) of reaching or exceeding my daily step goal after getting discharged from hospital on August 13 (see post below for details - atypical pneumonia).

I've been concentrating on recovery, not writing. 🤗

Garmin graph of steps per day for 4 weeks to today. Green = I did 7,500 steps or more. Blue = I did not get my goal.
