I am more disappointed in the judicial and administrative review infrastructure. The Federal Acquisition Regulation has specific guidelines dictating when and under what circumstances a gov contract can be awarded. Also, there is almost always a bid protest when one is. Any of that here??

Why odious? I don’t endorse his monolithic characterization of “believers” as intellectually inferior. But if you extract the emotion, he’s mostly pragmatic and empirical in his analysis.
