I experienced a strange #synchronicity this weekend. @amberkai.bsky.social sent me a picture Sunday morning that had popped up on Facebook as a “memory”. The photo was of a “sculpture” our cat had made 15 years ago out of a glove.

Started a new solo music project "SLEEP STUDY", using my old CPAP machines TO MAKE MUSIC. Contact mic that face mask!

Still working on the full set but will also include "talking plants", software defined radio, maybe some literal sawing of logs.

Just got this #LoRa node ($17, though you can get even cheaper ones) running #meshtastic. It sends encrypted text messages to other nodes nearby, for free! NO INTERNET, OR NO CELL COMPANIES NEEDED.

Passed a message from #Bremerton to West #Seattle. Feels like advanced text message walkie talkies!

This reminds me of a specific episode of Beavis and Butthead where they just keep using the same $2 to buy school fundraising candy bars from each other.

It is the 112th episode overall.The guys are at Highland High School and Coach Buzzcut tells the students that Mr. Candy is here. He tells the students that they will be selling candy bars for the school, so he gives every student a box of candy bars. Beavis and Butt-Head then sell two candy bars to Mr.Anderson. Afterward, Butt-Head buys a candy bar from Beavis, and Beavis does the same (using the same $2.00 from Anderson). They then keep buying each other's candy bars until they're gone. When they get to school, they give the $2.00 to Mr. Candy, who gets angry and believes the boys are holding the rest of the money for themselves.

We also started our own: “Facial Hair / Rock N Roll Appreciation Club”. We sold bananas as a fundraiser and wasted all our club money to buy a giant foam pie at an antique store.
