It's so nice!! I have been desperately trying to find one of these that's reasonable in price and decent quality (one is always WAY off), do you recommend this one and if so would you mind sharing the maker?

People do NOT know how to behave about disability in general. I think it's totally up to you. Valid to use it as a means of filtering out assholes but also you don't owe anyone info you don't wanna share. If they extrapolate it out to mean something it doesn't, that's totally on them though

I know it doesn't make it less overwhelming, but I can't think of anyone whose opinions I'd be less inclined to find meaningful than someone who unironically looks up to living-health-hazard asmongold.

Bold take I'm sure, but I think video games are for play! Whether it's making "you, but cooler", or pretending to be someone else entirely, I support it all. I tend to make me-likes but my spouse likes making femme versions of himself 🥰

My husband and I just finished Annihilation on audiobook. Carolyn McCormick was fabulous. I did not even realize it was part of a series until coming across this post. Exciting! I am a scientist (biochemistry) and found myself relating to more of The Biologist's impulses than I probably should have!
