Usha understands the game: if adopting white supremacist rhetoric is what it takes to win, so be it. It’s not personal; they have a shared goal and a shared contempt for the voters they need. But JD is becoming the person he’s cosplaying and soon he’ll resent Usha for the liability she is.

Was genuinely curious. Went to HS in Lugano on the Swiss side of the Swiss-Italian border (an hour away from Milan). Spent a lot of time in Northern Italy and never noticed distinguishing features other than looking more Northern European.

Few adjustments. Season meat (no salt!). Dust cubed beef in flour then brown in pan (retains juice, thickens stew). Use beef stock/broth. Add 1/2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon, tomato paste. Thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, parsley, garlic. Cook for 3+ hrs. I like a bit of cognac/med bodied red wine.
