Comic in vier Panels, der Comic ist größtenteils schwarz/weiß und nur vereinzelt mit Pastellfarben coloriert. Erstes Panel: Eine Frau mit rotgelockten Haaren schaut verunsichert. Darüber ist eine Textbox mit folgendem Text: „Viele, die sich im Autismus Spektrum befinden, haben entweder das Gefühl zu viel zu sein…“ Darunter sind nun drei Sprechblasen mit folgenden Texten: „Du erzählst ständig über deine Spezialinteressen!“ „Dauernd bewegst du deine Hände oder schaukelst hin und her!“ „Du bist zu direkt und ungefiltert! Diesen Monat kämpfen wir für Sichtbarkeit, Inklusion, Verständnis und das pure Recht auf Existenz. Wie schon das ganze Jahr, denn der Kampf hört nie auf. Supportet behinderte Creator*innen, teilt ihren Content, hört ihnen zu 💜.
Comic Illustration: Eine Schnecke steht auf einer roten Mobilitätshilfe, die wie ein Roller mit vielen kleinen Reifen aussieht. Auf der Mobilitätshilfe sind einige Sticker geklebt. Text: Ich fühle mich oft einsam. 2. Panel Text: Mit meinem Autismus habe ich nicht so viel Energie wie neurotypische Menschen. Treffen muss ich öfter kurzfristig absagen. Ich wurde häufiger gefragt, was eins als Begleitperson tun kann, wenn ein Meltdown eintritt. Hier ist ein kurzer Guide, wie immer gilt: Wenn ihr vorher andere Dinge abgesprochen habt, haben die selbstverständlich Vorrang! Hilfe bei einem Meltdown kann sehr individuell sein, genau wie das Spektrum 😊.
Info-Comic in vier Panels. 1. Panel: Der Text lautet: Was tun bei einem Meltdown: Nicht anfassen/berühren! (Außer, es wird ausdrücklich von der Person gewünscht!) Illustration: eine Frau sitzt auf dem Boden und ist sichtbar überreizt, sie umfasst mit ihren Armen ihre Knie und schaut gestresst. Ein Fuchs steht neben ihr und schaut besorgt. 2. Panel: Der Text lautet: Was tun bei einem Meltdown: Ja/Nein Fragen stellen, Angebote machen. Statt „Wie kann ich dir helfen?“ lieber fragen: „Möchtest du raus?“, „Möchtet du was trinken?“ etc. Diese Fragen können auch nonverbal beantwortet, falls reden nicht möglich ist.
